We are seeking quotes for module processor repair at the contractor's repair facility.
Repair Scope: Provide complete repair, including material that is incomplete, missing hardware or parts, or has handling or wear damage.
Turnaround Time: The required repair turnaround time is 77 days from physical receipt to Government acceptance, with earlier delivery encouraged.
Inspection: Government Source Inspection and final Government inspection and acceptance are required.
Freight Terms: Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work.
CAV Reporting: Report all receipt transactions in CAV by the end of the fifth regular business day using the actual physical receipt date.
Quote Details: Provide firm unit and total prices, turnaround time, applicable testing and evaluation fees, CAGE information, and pricing for late-delivery reductions.
