We are seeking quotes for Analog Modules (NSN-based spare/repair parts) procured through NAVSUP WSS for U.S. Navy use.
Item Being Procured: Analog module(s); technical details, drawings, and IRPOD are available via the BPMI website at https://logistics.unnpp.gov/ecommerce (registration and password required).
Set-Aside Status: Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Technical Compliance: Contractor must manufacture to specified document revisions cited in the IRPOD; deviations or use of alternate revisions require written Contracting Officer approval.
CMMC Requirement: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) level requirements apply per the Nov 2025 notice included in the solicitation.
Payment & Delivery: Payment via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoice and receiving report combo; delivery FOB Destination.
Quote Validity: Vendor must specify the number of days pricing is valid when submitting quote by email or NECO; default assumption is 60 days if not stated.
