We are seeking quotes for managing, maintaining, and operating government-owned retail fuel facilities at Altus, Dyess, McConnell, Offutt, Scott, and Whiteman Air Force Bases.
- Fuel operations: Receive, store, transfer, issue, quality-control, and account for government-owned petroleum products, including alongside aircraft refueling.
- Maintenance support: Maintain fuel facilities, systems, vehicles, equipment, and automated self-service stations, with 24/7 ground-fuel availability.
- Contract awards: The government anticipates awarding six firm-fixed-price contracts under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.
- Compliance: Comply with environmental protection, safety, and security directives and train personnel to perform all required tasks.
- Site visits: Pre-proposal conference and site visit dates will be listed in the solicitation, and attendee names must be emailed to the Contract Specialist.
- Performance period: The term includes a four-year base period from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2030, a five-year option, and up to six additional months through April 30, 2036.
