We are seeking quotes for aircraft oxygen monitors (spare parts) for F-16C aircraft, to be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK.
Scope & Quantity: 60 each oxygen monitors (NSN 1660-01-473-3548, PN 16VK058-2 / 3270074-0201), plus 1 lot Production Surge Plan.
Required Delivery: Line Item 0001 must ship on or before September 16, 2026; Production Surge Plan due 30 days after contract award per CDRL.
Qualified Sources Only: Only manufacturers that have completed all OEM-required testing per the OC-ALC Source Approval Information Booklet are eligible; current approved sources are Lockheed Martin and Mission Systems Davenport Inc.
Export Control: Export control requirements apply; foreign-owned firms must contact the contracting officer before submitting a proposal.
UID Compliance: Unique Item Identification (UID) requirements will apply to delivered items.
No Set-Aside / No Surplus: Acquisition is not set aside for small business, and surplus material is not authorized.
