Lawn maintenance: Up to 35 visits; mowing all areas, edging walks and drives, pickup/disposal of limbs and trash, and removal of clippings and service debris
Landscaping maintenance: Up to 12 visits per year; hand weeding garden beds, herbicide treatment for beds, parking lots, courtyard, and equipment areas, plus shrub fungicides, insecticides, and fertilizers
Pruning: Complete pruning and trimming of plant stock, trees, and shrubs up to twice per year
Site visit: Required by appointment on August 26 or September 2 for accurate pricing
Insurance: Current liability insurance certificate required
