Products: New plumbing parts, equipment, and supplies as listed on the pricing sheet; reworked, previously refused, or second-quality products are not acceptable
Equivalent Products: Equivalent brands or part numbers may be quoted with supporting product literature
Local Availability: Warehouse or store must be within 50 miles of the facility and support pickup within two hours, including evenings and weekends
Delivery: Complete, scheduled deliveries are required between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, excluding 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Pricing: Provide firm, fixed, all-inclusive unit pricing
Term: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027
