- Trades: Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, glass repair, painting, carpentry, waterproofing, roofing, concrete, paving, and handyman services
- Licensing: Texas licensing required for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work
- Response: Standard service calls require response within 4 hours; emergency work requires on-site response within 1 hour and 24/7 availability
- Estimates: Site visits and written cost proposals are required before work begins, including labor, materials, and completion timeline
- Requirements: Contractor must provide qualified labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, insurance, and trained personnel with at least 3 years of relevant experience
