Amendment 0002 is issued to correct site visit time from 9AM CST to 9AM EST and provide additional site visit information. Amendment 0003 is issued to establish two step design build procedures. See revised basis for award and evaluation criteria. Original as built drawings have been reuploaded for ease of download.
Amendment 0004 is issued to update As-Builts File 15 and extend due date for questions and Phase 1 submittals. Any questions in reference to Phase 1 submittals are due 03 August 2026. Phase 1 submittal due date is extended to 05 August. Any technical questions related to Phase 2 submittals are due 06 August.
