Coverage: Fully insured Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug passive PPO plan and/or Medicare Advantage medical plan paired with standalone Prescription Drug Plan
Members: Approximately 4,078 Medicare-eligible retirees and dependents
Term: Initial one-year plan year beginning January 1, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals
Network: National passive PPO access across all 50 states and U.S. territories, with no proprietary network restriction
Requirements: Minimum five years of Medicare Advantage experience with groups of 3,000+ covered lives, Louisiana authorization, CMS approval, and current CMS rating of 4 stars or higher
Services: Implementation transition support, member communications, ID cards, customer service, provider/pharmacy access, claims administration, reporting, and premium billing reconciliation
Pricing: Fixed per-member-per-month premium for the 2027 plan year, fully burdened and inclusive of administrative, care management, implementation, travel, and related costs
