Platform: Secure web-based SaaS for managing document intake, review workflows, correspondence, reporting, and corrective actions
Users/Capacity: Must support 400+ school systems annually, with scalability for increased users, reviews, document volume, storage, and reporting
Workflow: Configurable workflows, templates, forms, business rules, notifications, approvals, and audit trails
Data Migration: Import historical monitoring reviews, findings, supporting documents, corrective action records, status updates, correspondence, and reporting data
Security/Compliance: TX-RAMP or FedRAMP alignment, role-based access, encryption at rest/in transit, U.S.-based processing, FERPA/HIPAA considerations, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
Training/Support: Administrator training, train-the-trainer materials, recorded walkthroughs, sandbox access, documentation, updates, patches, and SLA-based support
Timeline: Kickoff within 15 days, configuration within 2 months, UAT within 3 months, training/readiness and go-live within 4 months
