This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 15B31626Q00000009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1st Quarter Subsistence and Local Requirements for FCI Williamsburg in Salters, SC.
Completed solicitation packages must be delivered by August 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 311999 All Other Misc. Food Manufacturing Small Business Size Standard: 700 employees Quoters must follow all instructions in this notice. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from consideration. Quoters shall complete Section 17a of Standard Form 1449, including: Company Name, Phone Number, Point of Contact, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).
Pricing shall be entered on the attached specification sheet. All quoted prices shall contain no more than four decimal points. Terms of Delivery are FOB Destination. All delivered food items must have a minimum remaining shelf life of at least 90 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the manufacturer�s best?by or use?by date.
One-time delivery date for all items will occur October 1, 2026, through October 16, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, 8301 U.S. Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590 between 8:00AM - 12:00 PM EST Monday � Friday, unless otherwise specified in SOW. The warehouse is closed on all federal holidays.
