This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 15B31626Q00000010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1st Quarter Bread Requirements for FCI Williamsburg in Salters, SC.
Completed solicitation packages must be delivered by August 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 311812 Commercial Bakeries Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees Quoters must follow all instructions in this notice. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from consideration. Quoters shall complete Section 17a of Standard Form 1449, including: Company Name, Phone Number, Point of Contact, and Unique Entity ID (UEI). Pricing shall be entered on the attached specification sheet.
All quoted prices shall contain no more than four decimal points. Terms of Delivery are FOB Destination. Weekly delivery dates for bread will begin October 5, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, 8301 U.S.
Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590 between 8:00AM - 12:00 PM EST Monday � Friday, unless otherwise specified in SOW. The warehouse is closed on all federal holidays. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the government.
