We are seeking quotes for taxi and ridesharing services for female inmates releasing from FCC Hazelton’s Secure Female Facility in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia.
Service scope: Provide transportation as needed from FCC Hazelton to designated mass transit or halfway house destinations.
Destinations: Destinations include Pittsburgh Greyhouse station, Pittsburgh International Airport, Morgantown Greyhound station, Clarksburgh Halfway house, and Cumberland Greyhound station.
Service frequency: There is no guaranteed minimum, service is not required daily, multiple trips may occur in one day, and last-minute notice is possible.
Contract terms: This is a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract with FOB destination pricing.
Eligibility: This is a 100% small business set-aside requiring active SAM registration and a valid UEI with no exclusions.
Performance period: The stated period of performance is October 1, 2026 through September 60, 2027.
