This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W912D0-26-Q-A010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements type Service contract for the Labor and Equipment for Warranty Repairs to Fort Wainwright Sprung Structures. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective 13 April 2026.
The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect 7 May 2026. This requirement is solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-aside basis in accordance with FAR 19.5. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332311 Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide manpower and equipment to conduct warranty repairs to existing Sprung Structures on Fort Wainwright, AK.
The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
