The budget parameters for this requirement (Base plus all Options) are $500,000 to $900,000. (iii) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The 128th Air Refueling Wing, General Mitchell Air National Guard Base, Milwaukee, WI, has a requirement for the repair by replacement of the roof and the installation of security doors at Building B512.
