Product quantities: Estimated quantities are 3,141,000 USG of FSII and 98,000 USG of LIA.
LIA requirements: LIA must conform to MIL-PRF-32490, be Grade A or B, and appear on QPL-32490 by award.
Delivery methods: Deliveries require tank trucks for CONUS and 5,000-USG ISO containers for European and Middle Eastern destinations.
Shipping terms: All proposals must offer FOB Destination delivery.
Performance period: Ordering runs from award through December 31, 2028, and delivery runs January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with specified carryover periods.
Offer submission: Offers are due August 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM Fort Belvoir time and must be submitted through the mandatory Bulk Offer Entry Tool.
