We are seeking quotes for supplying and delivering fuel additives to DLA Energy locations worldwide.
Additive Quantities: Supply an estimated 3,141,000 US gallons of FSII and 98,000 US gallons of LIA.
LIA Approval: LIA must conform to MIL-PRF-32490, be Grade A or B, and appear on QPL-32490 by the award date.
Delivery Methods: Deliver by tank truck in CONUS and by 5,000-gallon ISO containers transported to European and Middle Eastern destinations.
Offer Requirements: Submit an FOB Destination offer electronically through the mandatory Bulk Offer Entry Tool.
Performance Period: Ordering runs from award through December 31, 2028, with deliveries from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, plus applicable carryover periods.
