Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 70Z08526Q0027652 The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price service contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. 1.1 Intent. This work item describes the requirements for the Contractor to fabricate watertight and non water tight doors, hatches, and scuttles identified in Table 1 in accordance with drawings and references. Weathertight Door Watertight Hatch Watertight Scuttle SEE SOW This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 332321 Doors, Metal, Manufacturing, with a corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees.

The applicable Product Service Code is 2040 marine hardware and hull items. All services must be performed on-site at: CGC OAK 47 Chandler Street Newport, RI 02841 USA Period of Performance: 03/24/027 to 02/06/027 at homeport. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: � Technical Capability (Pass/Fail) � Past Performance (Pass/Fail) � Total Price A quotation must receive an Acceptable rating for all non-price factors to be eligible for award.

Among all acceptable quotations, award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price.
