Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 70Z08526Q0027750 The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price service contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. This contract specifically addresses supply and delivery of multiple steam traps throughout USCGC HEALY (WAGB 20), providing steam for heating the ship, supporting HEALY�s ability to operate for extended periods and perform scientific research in Arctic climates.
