We are seeking quotes for construction of Basic Military Training Dining and Classroom Facility 4.
Project Delivery: Provide the facility under a Design-Bid-Build contract.
Building Scope: Construct a multi-story facility with drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, masonry walls, a standing-seam metal roof, and an elevator.
Interior Areas: Provide a kitchen, dining areas, and multiple classrooms serving residents of two Airmen Training Complexes.
Site Work: Complete all site improvements, utilities, pavements, communications systems, and other work needed for a fully operational facility.
Hazard Remediation: Perform required environmental remediation and site preparation, including asbestos removal and mitigation of potential hazards.
Design Standard: Provide permanent construction complying with Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01.
