We are seeking quotes for construction of Basic Military Training Dining and Classroom Facility #4.
Project Delivery: Perform the project under a Design-Bid-Build contract.
Building Scope: Construct a multi-story facility with a drilled pier foundation, concrete slabs, steel framing, masonry walls, standing seam metal roofing, and an elevator.
Interior Spaces: Provide a kitchen, dining areas, and multiple classrooms serving residents of two Airmen Training Complexes.
Site Work: Complete all required site improvements, utilities, pavements, communications systems, and related work for a fully operational facility.
Hazard Mitigation: Perform required environmental remediation and site preparation, including asbestos removal and mitigation of potential hazards.
Building Compliance: Provide permanent construction in accordance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01, General Building Requirements.
