We are looking for pricing on airport hardware, network diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and cybersecurity services at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport, 5401 N Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Lubbock, TX 79403.
- Hardware support: Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain control panels, power supplies, servers, interface hardware, and cabling
- Network support: Troubleshoot switches, cabling, firewalls, servers, and airport-only network elements
- Repairs: Provide on-site and remote repair services, including possible 24/7 emergency availability
- Upgrades: Recommend and install updated hardware, firmware, or software to improve reliability and performance
- Cybersecurity: Assess airport-only systems, recommend improvements, and support continuous firewall monitoring and response planning
- Documentation: Provide service reports, configuration records, hardware replacement logs, and monthly activity summaries
- Personnel: Staff performing planning, design, diagnostics, or repairs must be able to pass a TSA background check and hold an airport-issued ID badge
