We are seeking quotes for air compressor installation and maintenance at the shop.
Project scope: Procure, remove, dispose of, install, commission, and maintain two air compressors, one oil-water separator, and two controllers.
Compressor specs: Provide two air-cooled compressors rated at 120 PSI and 170 CFM each with integrated air dryers.
Separator specs: Provide one oil-water separator rated at 390 CFM with a 12-gallon absorption module and a 32-120 temperature operating range.
Equivalent models: Equivalent models require technical brochures and an integrated or separate desiccant dryer sized for both compressors.
Site visit: A site visit is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MDT.
Maintenance term: Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, including required labor, parts, tools, transportation, calibration, and certifications, for a base year and four option years.
