We are seeking quotes for air compressor replacement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance at a government shop.
Equipment Scope: Procure, remove, dispose of, install, and commission two Ingersoll Rand RS37i compressors, one PSG-30 oil-water separator, and two Xe-70M controllers.
Compressor Specs: Each air-cooled compressor must provide 120 PSI and 170 CPM and include an integrated air dryer.
Separator Specs: The separator must provide 390 CPM, a 12-gallon absorption module, and a 32-120 temperature operating range.
Equivalent Models: Equivalent equipment is accepted with technical brochures and an integrated or separate desiccant dryer sized for both compressors.
Maintenance Term: Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for existing compressors, dryers, and ancillary equipment for one base year and four option years.
Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MDT.
