Service period: Annual lawn maintenance with high season from March 1 through September 30 and low season from October 1 through February 28
Mowing and trimming: Mow grass and weed-eat lawn areas, including around fence lines, shrubs, and trees; remove litter, debris, leaves, and cut grass after each visit
Edging: Edge driveways, walks, curbs, and paved areas using an edger
Shrubs and small trees: Trim and prune monthly, including a one-time initial trimming service
Cleanup: Collect and remove leaves, branches, weeds, litter, and debris; maintain parking lot weeds and grass in expansion joints
Frequency: High season mowing at least every 10 days; low season mowing once per month; other listed services monthly unless noted
Insurance: General liability, auto liability, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage required
