We are seeking quotes for repair of a Data Interface Unit (P/N 97-2739-000, NSN 7025-017061785) for NAVSUP WSS.
Scope of Work: Contractor must disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and test the unit to return it to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition per OEM Technical Manuals.
Facilities & Tooling: All repairs must be performed at the contractor's facility; no Government Furnished Property, tooling, or test equipment will be provided.
Pricing Required: Quotes must include either a firm-fixed price or not-to-exceed (NTE) price plus estimated repair costs.
Warranty: A 365-day warranty is required from the date of last delivery under the contract.
Set-Aside Status: SBA reviewed the requirement and determined no small business set-aside applies; open competition.
Compliance: Order carries a DO-A1A national defense priority rating; Buy American/Free Trade Agreement and DCMA/ACO deviation review requirements apply.
