What the gig needs
We are seeking quotes for repair of an INTERFACE UNIT,COMM for the U.S. Navy.
- Repair Scope: Repair the unit using approved repair and overhaul practices, manuals, drawings, and technical procedures.
- Unit Standard: The repaired unit must meet operational and functional requirements for CAGE 03502, reference 509E538ARG-1.
- Item Marking: Physically identify the unit in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N.
- OEM Authorization: Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead.
- Repair Proposal: After item evaluation, submit actual costs and the required extent of repairs to Helen Carmelo by email.
- Warranty: Provide a one-year warranty after delivery, with defects reported within 45 days of discovery.
