We are seeking quotes for supplying self-locking cap screws for use in a crucial U.S. Navy shipboard system.
Screw specifications: Provide CRES cap screws meeting FF-S-86 Type 6, size 0.190-24UNRC-3A by 1.500 inches long.
Locking element: Each screw must have a self-locking element meeting MIL-DTL-18240 and be marked with six dots.
Material compliance: Nonmetallic materials must meet NAVSEA SS800-AG-MAN-010/P-9290 toxicity and flammability requirements.
Quality controls: The screws are Special Emphasis material subject to DSSP Scope of Certification Material Control Division B and higher-level quality requirements.
Delivery schedule: Submit certification data 20 days before delivery, allow 18 working days for PNSY review, and complete final material delivery within 200 days.
Contract terms: This is a total small business set-aside with FOB destination and a one-year warranty lasting 365 days after the final delivery.
