We are seeking quotes for rotary pump repair at the contractor's facility.
Repair scope: Repair the rotary pump to meet the operational and functional requirements for CAGE 07524, reference E4580.
Repair standards: Perform all work using approved repair and overhaul practices, manuals, drawings, technical orders, tooling instructions, and procedures.
Item marking: Physically identify the repaired pump in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, dated November 16, 2012.
Design changes: Obtain written approval before substitutions or changes other than part-number-only changes, and provide supporting drawings and explanations.
Quality inspection: The contractor is responsible for inspections and compliance, subject to Government inspection and final acceptance.
Turnaround time: Complete Government inspection and acceptance within 187 days after physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility.
