We are seeking quotes for rotary pump repair for the U.S. Navy.
Repair Scope: Provide complete repair, including missing parts, hardware damage, wear damage, handling damage, and CAV reporting.
Evaluation Quote: Complete teardown and evaluation within 90 days after receiving the carcass and submit a firm-fixed-price repair quote.
Repair Time: The requested repair turnaround time, including final Government inspection and acceptance, is 66 days.
OEM Authorization: Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM and CAGE code and provide an OEM-signed distributor authorization letter.
Contract Compliance: The award will be DO-rated under DPAS and requires applicable military packaging, labeling, inspection, and acceptance requirements unless exceptions are quoted.
Warranty Option: Supplies require a one-year warranty from delivery, and the Government may exercise the quantity option within 365 days after award.
