We are seeking quotes for repair and modification of aircraft nacelle blowers for the U.S. Navy.
Repair Scope: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, test, and return units to Ready for Issue condition.
Contractor Equipment: The contractor must provide all fixtures, tooling, test equipment, and other manufacturing aids required for the work.
Marking Standard: Mark repaired items in accordance with MIL-STD-130.
Wire Requirement: Use SAE-AS22759 series wire wherever MIL-W-81381 wire is cited, as MIL-W-81381 is prohibited.
Personnel Certification: If MIL-STD-454 applies, personnel performing IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C tasks must be trained and certified as required by that standard.
