The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide catered meals as defined in section 5 of the performance work statement (PWS). This competitive solicitation is to be issued as a 100% set-aside under Small Business IAW RFO 19.104 � Small Business Set-Aside. The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, resulting from this solicitation. Period of Performance: 16 � 25 October 2026 Location: Dining Facility, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, 24 Quebec Street, Devens, MA 01434.
