We are seeking quotes for automatic and entry door replacements at Buildings 5 and 60 at the VA Central Western Massachusetts Medical Center in Leeds, Massachusetts.
Work Scope: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and permits to remove, dispose of, and replace doors and related components.
Door Quantities: Replace six doors, five door closers, and two entry door sensors, including a roll-up door, glass-panel doors, controls, locksets, and handicap buttons.
Set-Aside: Offerors must be verified SDVOSBs in the SBA VetCert database at quote submission and award.
Work Scheduling: Schedule fieldwork and final testing at least 72 hours in advance, with normal on-site work from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Required Compliance: Work must meet applicable VHA, OSHA, EPA, Massachusetts DEP and DLS, NEC, and NFPA requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures.
Performance Period: Complete the project within 90 calendar days.
