We are seeking quotes for steam line replacement at the W.G. Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina.
Main Scope: Replace steam and condensate lines between manhole 17B and manhole 15, including demolition, abatement, trenching, testing, commissioning, and site restoration.
Road Crossings: Bore beneath roadways and install a 24-inch steel jacket with steam line supports.
Manhole Work: Construct five cast-in-place concrete manholes, reuse and modify one existing manhole, remove two manholes, and replace two undersized manholes.
Building Connections: Create new steam and condensate penetrations at Buildings 16 and 17, then remove old lines and repair existing openings after service transfer.
Performance Period: Complete construction within 365 days.
Warranty: Provide a one-year construction warranty.
