COMMUNICATIONS SITE INFRASTRUCTURE IDIQ The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions, provide information on additional Task Orders, and clarify the price evaluation process. Technical questions related to the Statement of Work may be accepted at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, before Thursday September 3, 2026 3PM PST. The deadline for proposal is extended to Thursday September 10, 2026 3PM PST. Task Orders #2 - #5 are hereby included in this RFP.
Task Order #1, Palo Escrito Microwave Radio Relay Site, and Task Order #2, Geyser Peak Microwave Radio Relay Site, will be the first two task orders used to fulfill the minimum quantity guarantee and are anticipated to begin immediately. The start dates for the remaining task orders will be determined at a later date. Prospective contractors shall submit firm-fixed-price proposals and quotes for Task Orders #1 through #5. Please note, Task Order #2 has three parts and Task Order #5 has two parts.
Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for radio communications site infrastructure construction and modernization with 5-year ordering period This procurement follows the procedures outlined in RFO FAR Part 36 - Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, and RFO FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This is a solicitation for a firm fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for radio communications site infrastructure construction and modernization throughout a five-year period.
