We are seeking quotes for In-Transit Inspection Point (IIP) services supporting the Worldwide Warehouse Redistribution Services (WWRS) program.
Scope of Work: Perform in-transit inspection point services per the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 16 Jul 2026.
Period of Performance: Base year 1 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027, with four one-year option periods through 31 Dec 2031.
Set-Aside & NAICS: 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 488991 with a $30M size standard.
Selection Method: Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection.
Proposal Submission: Submit searchable PDF proposals via email by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 10 August 2026; proposals must remain valid for a minimum of 120 calendar days.
Compliance: Service Contract Act wage determinations apply for all performance locations; offerors may propose alternate places of performance per FAR 22.1009.
