What the gig needs
We are looking for pricing on a vault door replacement at San Marcos Armory, 201 City Park, Building 1, San Marcos, TX 78666.
- Scope: Remove two existing Class 3 vault doors and replace with one Class 5 single vault door
- Existing door: Mosler Model 5161, approximately 40 in. x 78 in
- Work included: Remove existing door, frame, threshold, hardware, and related materials; saw cut masonry and steel plates as needed for installation
- New door: GSA-approved Double Leaf Class 5-A vault door with frame, threshold, hardware, and S&G 2937 lock or equivalent
- Requirements: Vendor should have Class 5 vault door installation experience, applicable licenses, insurance, permits, and GSA certifications
- Schedule: Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM; site walk-through availability may be needed August 13 or August 14 at 10:00 AM
