What the gig needs

This is an unrestricted commercial service acquisition for rehabilitation of the Trojan UV3000 Plus system at NIWTP, Rio Rico, Arizona. NAICS 333310, PSC 4630. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer provides the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance: Factor 1.
