- Scope of Work: Repair and maintenance package defined in Task Group Instruction (TGI) Attachment I; full work specification available only via DoD SAFE.
- Period of Performance: 21 July 2026 through 20 June 2028.
- Japan Authorization Required: Offerors must be duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan per DFARS 252.225-7042.
- Spec Access Request: Email the three listed contracting POCs by 10 Oct 2025 at 10:00 AM JST to receive a DoD SAFE link; access expires after 14 days.
- Offer Due Date: Full proposals must be submitted no later than 17 Oct 2025 at 10:00 AM JST.
