We are seeking quotes for fence cleaning services at USAGM facilities in Kuwait.
Contract Term: The contract is for one year with two one-year options.
Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 8:00 AM Kuwait local time and is strongly encouraged.
Required Submission: Submit the specified SF-1449 fields, Section 1 pricing, Section 5 representations and certifications, and any additional information required by Section 3 or the solicitation.
SAM Requirement: Provide proof of SAM registration and a UEI, or complete FAR 52.204-90 if not registered in SAM.
Compliance: The solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12 for commercial products and services.
Performance Standard: The offer must be technically acceptable to be eligible for award at the lowest price.
