The quantity is hereby changed from 2 to 12. Due to the new dollar value, DFARS 252.225-7001 is deleted from the contract, and DFARS 252.225-7021 and FAR 52.246-16 are added to the contract. The offer due date is hereby changed from 2026 APR 16 to 2026 AUG 20. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \ 1. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, Delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
