Item Marking: Physically identify each item in accordance with MIL-STD-130 Revision N.
Design Changes: Substitutions or design, material, servicing, or part-number changes require written government approval, except qualifying Code 1 changes.
Surplus Offers: Quotes for surplus, new surplus, or new manufactured surplus material must include a surplus material certificate.
Electronic Payment: Submit the receiving report and invoice combination electronically through PIEE-WAWF.
Quote Validity: Quotes should remain valid for at least 90 days.
