Term: February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2028, with possible annual extensions
Tractor specs: Mix of 40 HP to 240 HP tractors, mostly 4WD, with specified PTO, hitch, cab, tire, row spacing, dual, loader, quick hitch, GPS/RTK, weights, hay spear, pallet fork, and steering options by unit
Condition/use: Each tractor must have less than 20 hours at delivery; expected use is up to 500 hours per rental period
Service requirements: Supplier covers maintenance, major repairs, warranty, delivery, pickup, and replacement within 72 hours if inoperable
Training: Include 1 hour of on-site training at each delivery location on delivery day
