This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Circular FAC 2026-01; Effective 03/13/2026.
This acquisition will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334511 and Product or Service Code (PSC) 6650. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration may make an offeror ineligible for award. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
