We are seeking quotes for emergency electrical equipment replacement and upgrades in the electrical vault at Building 49.
Work Scope: Replace outdated emergency equipment, including the diesel generator, day tanks, switchgear, switchboard, distribution panels, and transfer switch.
Generator Size: The existing diesel generator is rated at 1500 kW.
Project Goals: New equipment must meet present-day standards for capacity, efficiency, and reliability.
Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for July 20 at 1:00 p.m., with attendee names and vendor information due by close of business July 17 to brian.baek@nih.gov.
