We are requesting a quote for swimming pool maintenance at San Antonio State Supported Living Center, 6711 S New Braunfels Ave, San Antonio, TX 78223.
- Services: Pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment checks, and minor repairs
- Cleaning: Skim debris, empty baskets, brush walls and floor, vacuum pool floor, and clean pool deck area
- Water treatment: Test and adjust pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels to maintain proper sanitization
- Equipment: Backwash or clean filters and inspect pumps, heaters, chlorinators, skimmers, and jets
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 4-hour response for service calls and 1-hour on-site response for emergencies
- Requirements: San Antonio metro office, trained personnel with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies included
