Vehicle Type: Provide Toyota Avanza, Hyundai Stargazer, or equivalent seven-seat low multi-purpose vans.
SAM Registration: For procurements of $40,000 or more, offerors must register in SAM.gov before submitting a quotation.
Required Documents: Submit SF-1449 Section I, pricing, Section 3 information, Section 5 representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration.
Quote Deadline: Submit the quotation electronically by August 7, 2026, at 16:00 Jakarta time.
