What the gig needs
We are seeking quotes for manufacturing SPEC ANALYZER HH units at the production facility named in the contract.

- Item Marking: Physically identify each item in accordance with MIL-STD-129 Revision R dated September 27, 2019.

- Design Changes: Substitutions or changes to design, material, servicing, or part number require written contracting officer approval.
- Electronic Invoicing: Submit the Invoice and Receiving Report electronically through PIEE-WAWF.
- Quote Validity: Quotes are requested to remain valid for 90 days from the proposal date.
