We are seeking quotes for lodging, food and beverage, retail, group campground, firewood, and other services at Kalaloch in Olympic National Park.
- Contract Term: The concession contract will run for 10 years.
- Site Visit: An optional one-day site visit is May 21, 2026, with advance registration required by noon Pacific Time on May 19, 2026.
- Attendance Limit: Site visit attendance is limited to five people per represented entity.
- Intent Notice: Entities must submit a notice of intent to propose by noon Pacific Time on July 8, 2026.
- Proposal Deadline: Electronic proposals must be received through the NPS Microsoft Teams platform by noon Pacific Time on August 5, 2026.
- Submission Format: Hardcopy proposals and electronic proposals sent by email or another platform will not be accepted.
