Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to upload Attachments 05 - 08 as well as additional apendix A - I. There are three Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documents pertinent to the solicitation. Offerors who are interested in receiving these documents must return a signed copy of Attachment 07 - CUI NDA - 9.11.26 to the Contracting Office and have a current (not older than three years) self-assessment score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) of 110. If the offeror does not have a score of 110, they must have a Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&Ms) filed in SPRS.
Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date from 9 September 2026 to 15 September 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT as well as upload an updated combined solicitation to reflect the extension (Combined Solicitation Ver 2 - FA4600Q0101 - 9.8.26). This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation for commercial SERVICES in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0101 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor to provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for cost-effective operations, maintenance, and repair of the SATCOM Campus.
